Privacy Policy — TripDossier Marketing Site

This website ("Site") is the marketing site for TripDossier. It is separate from the TripDossier application, which has its own privacy policy governing pharmacist and patient-related data. See the TripDossier application's Privacy Policy for that policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, and any message content you submit.
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this Site.
2. How We Use Information
Contact form submissions are used solely for marketing follow-up — for example, responding to your inquiry or providing information about TripDossier. This Site does not handle support requests; support is provided through the TripDossier application.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
Contact form submissions are sent to us by email via Resend, a third-party email-delivery service. Resend transmits the message but we do not use it to store submission data — your message is only retained in our own email inbox. We do not use this Site for any other third-party data processing at this time.
If we add features in the future (such as a chat widget), this policy will be updated to disclose the relevant third-party provider and data handling.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your information. We do not share contact form information with any party other than the service provider named above.
5. Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or until you request deletion.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this Site by contacting us at hello@tripdossier.ca.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
